Car Rental Booking Notes:
1. what included:
All the rates above  include the vehicleand a licensed driver, petroleum, toll gates(expressway excluded), parking fee, vehicle insurance. 
2. What excluded:
The express way toll fee, tourists' own expense such as hotel, food, sightseeing tickets, shopping, personal travel insurance, tour guide service etc.
3. About our drivers
All the drivers in our compay are officially registered and they own driving experience no less than 3 years, among them the landcruiser drivers, who usually drive in northwestern Sichuan mountainous area, own the experince of more than 5 years.
Regarding the communication, most of the drivers cannot speak English, and they are not able to give you any explanation about the sightseeing spots. But the Travel Sichuan Guide English-speaking service team can manage the drivers and provide support by phone. What's more, we do have few English speaking drivers, some of them used to be English speaking tour guides. If you would like to rent a car with an English-speaing driver please specify it when contacting us. Anyhow If you want to have a professional guide or translator for your trip, the extra will be charged.
4. Driver / guide food and accommodation
The driver and guide's food and accommodation are not included in the car rental fee. Here are 2 possible solutions for your reference:
A: Eating together and pay their meals, and pay their accommodation while you are checking in.
B: Paying extra for their food and accommodation in advance. It costs extra 50RMB /day /guide(driver) for food, and 50RMB / day / guide(driver) for accommodation.
5. Vehicles condition
All the vehicles we use are licensed with insurance, air-conditioned and well-shaped, can carry standard luggages. Before the start of every trip, the vehicle is inspected to ensure it is clean, properly serviced and damage-free.
For 1 or 2 people, 5-seat sedans are recommended;
For 3-9 people, 7-17 seats minivans are recommended;
For 10-14 people, 19 seats minibuses are recommended
4wd Jeeps are required to visit nothern and western part of Sichuan. Each jeep is capable to carry 4 passengers at most.
6. How to tip the driver/guide?
Tipping is not forced but expected by drivers/guides. If you are willing to, of course based on good service, here is the amount for your reference:
Guide: RMB80-100/day.
Driver: RMB50-80/day.
7. How to rent a car with us?
1). Please send us the car rental request by email or online enquiry form. You are also welcome to call us at 0086-0-13880381857. 
2).The car rent agreement which includes the confirmed detail itinerary, price, service items, and booking terms and condition will be sent to you once you make your decision.
3). 20% of the total car rental fee is required as a final confirmation.

Note: It is the golden peak travel season from August to Octomber each year in Sichuan, the car rental fee will rise a little bit. Please contact our sales for the accuate car rental prices if you happen to hire a car in this period of time.
